Day 12/365 Forever blowing bubbles
I'm adding two today because I couldn't decide which one I liked better. In the first one, I actually like the colors more and the bubble came out so that you can see the little drops of saliva inside. The second one, I like that you can see more of Stephen's eyes.
Trying to catch a bubble is harder than it looks! Not because of the bubble, because he could hold them for a pretty long time. For some weird reason, my kids can NOT hold still! I had Stephen sitting on a chair and he somehow kept going in circles, so by the time I focused the bubble, he was off moving in another direction!
Anyway, I finally got him somewhat still and got a couple of shots.
EXIF info #1: f 3.2, 1/200 sec, ISO 100, 100mm prime lens, external flash on sync cord, fired.
EXIF info #2: f 3.2, 1/200 sec, ISO 100, 100mm prime lens, external flash on sync cord, fired.
Both shot in RAW and sharpened a little, with white balance adjusted.
UPDATE: I actually like this photo the best in duotones- here with black and a very dark blue...my fave of all.

Melissa, these made me smile. I love the mischevious look in his eyes as he peeks at the us.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Paige. They made me smile and his expression is great. I also like the lighting on his face and that you can see his cute little freckles. totally captures youth. Great job!
